Glycerol stock preparation
Goal
Prepare glycerol stock is a way to store bacteria during a long period.Protocol
You need to:- grow a liquid culture overnight
- prepare sterile 80% glycerol
- mix 200 L of glycerol and 800 L of liquid culture
