Plasmid isolation of sboA + Psaccm and fnr + Psaccm. Restriction analysis with EcoRI and PstI. S22, S23, S29, S210, S13 and S17 had the correct insert.

Elbrich

Miniprep of the overnight cultured transformed E.coli cells with the BioBricks from Germany. Names of the Biobricks that were used: BBa_K823021,BBa_K823023,BBa_K823024,BBa_K823026. NanoDrop concentrations were all higher than 120,5 ng/ul.

To control the cutting sites of the Bricks, BBa_K823024 was restricted with EcoR1, Pst1, XbaI, SpeI and the sizes were checked on gel.
