miniprep: psb1c3 with SboA, Alst, FNR, SboA+aGfP, FNR+lycopene, FNR+amilCP and Alst+amilGFP. restriction control with EcoRI and PstI. Only FNR+lycopene and Alst+amilGFP were good. Repeat of the others tomorrow.
