Medium composition


LB medium

M9 medium

Add ingredients in the following order:

H2O 396.2 mL
CaCl2 (1M) 50 µL
MgSO4 (1M) 1 mL
Salts (5X) 100 mL
Vitamine B1 (1%)   250 µL

The composition for a 2X solution of the salts is the following:
