E.coli transformed with Vio-biobrick (BBa_K274002)did not grow.
Repeated transformation of E.coli with:
Vio (BBa_K274002)- Kanamycin resistant Red with pBAD promotor (BBa_K274120)- Ampicillin resistant Red without promotor (BBa_K274100) - Ampicillin restistant Red with constitutive promotor (BBa_K274110) - Ampicillin resistant
Standard protocol for E.coli transformation used (see 11th of june).
