Preperation for summerschool

McConckey Broth: 10 x 100 mL

McConckey Agar: 1 x 250 mL

Trypton Soya Agar: 10 x 250 mL

Yeast extract/Glucose agar (10 g/L Glucose, 7 g/L Yeast extract, 15 g/L agar): 1 Liter

Yeast extact/Glucose broth (10g/L Glucose, 7g/L Yeast extract): 1 Liter

Peptone physiological salt (1 g/L Peptone, 9 g/L NaCl): 1 Liter, put per 5.4 mL in tubes (+/- 100).
