Tom/Arjan

Ligation of AmilGFP and AmilACP into the Psac containing Fnr and s-box. Digestion for the AmilGFP and AmilACP will be done with PstI and XbaI. Plasmid with promotor will be cut with EcoRi and SpeI.


Elbrich

Plated out E.coli with LMU Munich biobricks showed white and purple/reddish colonies.
