Compo plus Agar.


Reagents and Materials

  • 1’125 μl COMPO/mL distilled water
  • 3% Agar.


Protocol

  1. Pick up with a micropipette 1’125 μl COMPO in 25mL volume for each plate.
  2. Add 3g of agar and set pH at 7’4.
  3. Autoclave at 121ºC during 20 minutes.
  4. Fill COMPO plus agar in the plates and leave until solidify.
