Compo plus Agar.
Reagents and Materials
- 1’125 μl COMPO/mL distilled water
- 3% Agar.
Protocol
- Pick up with a micropipette 1’125 μl COMPO in 25mL volume for each plate.
- Add 3g of agar and set pH at 7’4.
- Autoclave at 121ºC during 20 minutes.
- Fill the plates with COMPO agar and wait until it solidifies.
