Redo the ligation of Fnr promotor and alsT300 promotor with lycopene and GFP in Psac.
Result: Incubation temperature of the ligation was too high resulting in no colonies after transformation.

5 overnight cultures of each previous transformation, 26August2012, were incubated.
Result: All the colonies contained empty Psac plasmid.
