Transformation of E.coli DH5a with BBa_R0011 succeeded! They were grown in liquid LB culture today.

PCR reaction with Phusion polymerase: 1.) Violacein PCR with BBa_K274002 as template --> 7,3kb band detected (OK!) 2.) Lycopene PCR with BBa_K274100 as template --> 3,4kb band detected (OK!)
