PCRred the Bacillus genome with Sbox primers to retrieve the Sbox gene. NanoDrop concentration: 42,2 ng/ul

pSac-CM+terminator (colony 3)+BBa_K274110 transformation gave 4 colonies, and pSac-CM+terminator (colony 3) +fnr+AmilGFP gave 1 colony.

Yonathan
Repeated PCR of Lycopene with varied primer/template concentrations still yield incorrect amplification products.
