Overview

Provide an overview of this sub-project in a couple of phrases Our goal is to engineer a synthetic toxin-antitoxin system from the wild type colicin E2. This synthetic toxin-antitoxin system is species specific, will allow for population level cell death, destruction of the genetic material, and will function on a tunable delay.
