Extracting BioBricks

1) use pipette to make holes on the grid of the plate for the biobricks that you wish to use

�2) add 10micoliter of water to each dried sample of biobrick �

3) it should turn orangey red , pipette up and down several times

�4) after 5mins transfer all the 10microlitre to an expendorf tube

�5) transfer 2 micro litre of biobrick to each eppendorf of competent cell (150microlitre)

�6)90s to keep it in thermomixer 42 Celsius �

7) on ice for 2 mins

�8) add 850micolitre of LB to each eppendorf containing
