Amplification of tar gene

Experiment:
PCR was performed with isolated genomic DNA from DH10B, forward and reverse primers of tar and using Pfu polymerase according to protocol.

Experiment:
PCR was controlled by running a 1% agarose gel. As standard, Gene Ruler 1kb ladder (ThermoScientific) was used. A band at about 1.6 kb was detected. Amplification of tar was successful.

PCR clean-up using peqGOLD Gel Extraction Kit according to the manual.
