Extracting BioBricks
1) use pipette to make holes on the grid of the plate for the biobricks that you wish to use
2) add 10micoliter of water to each dried sample of biobrick
3) it should turn orangey red , pipette up and down several times
4) after 5mins transfer all the 10microlitre to an expendorf tube
5) transfer 2 micro litre of biobrick to each eppendorf of competent cell (150microlitre)
6)90s to keep it in thermomixer 42 Celsius
7) on ice for 2 mins
8) add 850micolitre of LB to each eppendorf containing
