<p>It has been a fun and interesting experience, although we have had, too, infuriating moments! There were experiments that went wrong, contaminated cultures, broken machines... and we had really disappointing moments. But the adversities were overcame and we got results! The culture grew fast and clean, we could use machines of others departments and, being more inspired, the atmosphere of the laboratory was much better. </p>

Lab Work


In this section we want to tell everybody our lab-experience.


  • We want to show you the part we sent to the registry (psbAI promoter) and its genetic characterization, sequence, elements, function, regulation and behaviour. Here you can know more about the construction and how it works.
