Cultivation

Expression of Laccase

   * Chassis: Promega's E.Coli KRX
   * Medium: Autoinduction-Medium supplemented with Chloramphenicol (final concentration 60 μg mL-1)

Cultivation with E. coli KRX in shaking flask(with baffles):
