All the laboratory works done to construct out project were conducted by team member of 2012 HKUST iGEM Team; which include all the Biobricks submitted to Part Registry, characterization of Biobricks, Human Practice and Team Wiki.
Above all, all laboratory works were under supervision of Laboratory Technician, while we conducted all the experiments by ourselves.
