Half-cell results
Half cell voltage increased 10-fold to 50 mV
PCR for Shewanella
Further PCR was performed for confirmed Shewanella oneidensis using Taq protocol and 3 sets of primers: cymA, mtrA and mtrCAB.
Kod PCR for Shewanella
Kod PCR was performed for confirmed Shewanella oneidensis using 3 sets of primers: cymA, mtrA and mtrCAB. Due to PCR machine error the reaction was repeated for MtrA and MtrCAB on the following day.
Half-cell experiment
2 new half-cells were assembled and set for autoclaving
PCR for Shewanella
Kod PCR was repeated for MtrA and MtrCAB in confirmed S. oneidensis. CymA sample from previous raction was purified.
