Parts Created for the Toxin/Antitoxin Project

T7 promoter + YefM

A device was constructed that contained YefM, the antitoxin pair of YoeB/YefM in E. coli The gene is driven by a T7 promoter and a lac operator. Protein production is inducible with the addition of IPTG.
