Note from Dr. Haynes: Hi Ethan. Please add a proposal of reporter reliability to the Modeling section under HP. The team has no empirical data from the wet bench experiments, but the team discussed modeling theoretical ranges of values. If there is nothing by October 2nd, then Abhi should just delete this section from the menu.
