Gene activation
To show the functinality of our TAL protein as well as the function of the VP 64 transcriptionfactor fusion protein we used a TAL-VP64 fusion construct to target a minimal promotor coupled with EGFP
The Experiment was done with four different transfections, either no plasmid, only the TAL vektor, only the testplasmid or a cotransfection of both plasmids.
