Gel Electrophoresis
Construct a gel - Medium size
1) Weigh 0.8g agarose 2) Mix with 100ml TBEx1 solution 3) Heat in a microwave until all the agarose is dissolved and the solution is clear. 4) Cool it down a bit before adding Ethidium Bromide (warning: toxic) 5) Pour the solution into a gel casting mold and use a comb of desired size. 6) Run at 100V for 40 minutes.
