Cultured BL21 cells (glycerol stock) containing the TBP+ insert in the L.A. expression plasmid (added B-complex)

October 22

Jeremiah and Chris:
Once an OD(600) was measured to be 1.0 the cells were expressed using an L.A. gradient
An 8 hour and overnight time sample were taken
