Our goal is to get a steady ratio of the two strains’ populations, which is neither too large nor too small. Firstly, we did mathematical analysis based on the ODEs above; then we did simulation of this system. What’s more, we also searched suitable parameters which could make the system go to a steady ratio of the two strains to test the robustness of this system. At last, we did a sensitivity analysis which could tell us which parameter is sensitive if we want to get a steady ratio.
