Preparation of overnight cultures

Experiment:
Over night cultures for the preparation of chemically competent cells were prepared using E. coli (DH10B) cells.

V05_18_1 Double Digestion of flhDC and pUC18

Experiment:
Both parts were digested with EcoRI and PstI using Orange Buffer.
