To get an overview of the regulatory system that governs the PS (Photosynthetic) gene expression, we developed a rule-based model; with this our goal was to comprehend how these proteins work in our system as a whole. We focused on three main proteins AppA, PpsR, and TspO but we also include Qpool,cbb3 cytochrome c oxidase , PrrC a membrane-localized polypeptide and the two-component signal transduction system that induces PS gene expression in response to a decrease in oxygen tension; PrrBA.
