Streak Bs strains 168 and PY79 on fresh plates for single colonies
- Observations on the plates prepared from the filter disks:
- 1A1 (168):
- 1A7474 (PY79):
- Pick a single colony (or as close to it as possible) for each strain and re-streak onto a fresh plate for single colonies
- Incubate plates overnight at 37o C
