Streak Bs strains 168 and PY79 on fresh plates for single colonies

• Observations on the plates prepared from the filter disks:
  • 1A1 (168):
  • 1A7474 (PY79):
• Pick a single colony (or as close to it as possible) for each strain and re-streak onto a fresh plate for single colonies
• Incubate plates overnight at 37^o C
