Overview
As our project envisions genetically modified organisms in the scope of food production, it is essential to involve the general public in our project.
To achieve this, several steps were taken.
Expert Interviews
During the theoretical stage, two experts on the field of food engineering were interviewed on the desirability and feasibility of certain ingredients.
