The possible interactions between the parameters are taken into account by this type of analysis. Furthermore, to improve the model for the aim of the project, the model will have to be made compatible for yeast cells. Unfortunately, we discovered, due to the sensitivity analysis, that this model is unfit for the calcium homeostasis in yeast cells. Therefore, a completely new model has to be designed for [[Team:TU-Eindhoven/LEC/Modelling|yeast]].
