Result of a test of the "Enterobacteria phage T4 Lysis Device - no promoter " BioBrick part (BBa_K112808). The part was assembled together with pBAD strong promoter (Bba_K206000) and expression induced with 1 mM arabinose. The tube on the left contains the induced sample, to the right is the negative control. The induced sample shows significant clearing of the medium, indicating lysis.
