We want to make a standardized attachment system for [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epitope epitopes] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ligand_(biochemistry) ligands] on the outside of our VLPs. For this purpose, we will use the Plug ‘n Apply System as described on the PnAS page.
