  • Gibson assembly with new cells. No colonies again.</p>

<p>Thursday</p>
<p>
  • Gibson assembly with extra T5 gave no positives.
  • KanR amplified finally (it was the inverted version KanRi).

<p>Sunday</p>
<p>
  • PCR for C1 with KanRi.
</p>
