Group 1

Group 1 is one of our two groups in our team. They are responsible for assembling the first half circuits of our i-butanal producing enzymes and optimizing the growth condition in which E. coli can produce most i-butanal.

Chia-Jung Chung, Hsin-Yun Hsieh & Ting Chang
They are responsible for assembling the recombinant DNA of PSB II and help constructing ilvC and Ptet + B0032 + Gli1. Also, Chung is one of of team members who gave a lecture about history and background of iGEM in our human practice. Ting is in charge of connecting other iGEM team for communication. Our team mascot and t-shirt are designed by Chung & Hsin-Yun.

Tzu-Yun Hsu & Chun-Wei Yu
The first two part of our enzyme series is assembled by them. Afterward, they help Wei-Ting & Yu-Che assembling their parts. Tzu-Yun also played an important role in our human practice. She connected our department for fund and gathered students to make our plan come true. Similarly, Chun-Wei is very important. He trained students to be our human practice staffs.

Wei-Ting Chen & Yu-Che Cheng
The final two members of group 1 are responsible for assembling zif268 and alsS. They also optimized the growth condition in which E. coli can produce most i-butanal.

Group 2

The other group, group 2, is responsible for assembling the second half circuits of our i-butanal producing enzymes, planning lecture, and wiki dedign. Because of all members in group 2 are responsible for assembling biobrick, only special credits are recorded underneath.
