of 8 colonies from the transformation (Hep B + BBa_J04500)

• Digestion check

of those minipreps

Wednesday:

• Second digestion check of the minipreps (with higher amount of DNA)

the digestion check confirmed the right insert sized in the samples they where expected (slots 3,4,10,11)
