Future Work
1. We will discuss the first result of our experiment to determine why only a minority of cells carrying that plasmid produce sufficient RFP.
2. We will find ways to improve and optimize the process of our experiment to make our data more accurate and reliable.
3. We will test more than 100 terminators to optimize our validate our model.
4. We decide to write paper in this field.
