About

Nitro blue tetrazolium chloride is a marker used in the reaction catalysed by the alkaline phosphatase. The colored product reveals where the antibody is bound, or can be used in immunofluorescence.[1]

Application

  • 158 mg Nitro blue tetrazolium chloride (75 mg/mL NBT)
  • 1,475 mL DMF
  • 0,632 mL dist. water
