3 Cell transformation

 

3.1 Remove competent cells on ice to thaw.

 

3.2 Add 1-10 μl of DNA to the cells.

 

3.3 Incubate on ice for 20 min.

 

3.4 Spread onto LB + antibiotic agar plate. Incubate overnight at 37℃.
