Lab Results:
What we have done:
1. We have successfully mutate the plasmid.
2. We have successfully digest the plasmid GFP and RFP.
3. The ligation of these 3 fragments is successful.
Future Plan:
Because of the time limit, we still haven’t finished our experiment.
The next step of our experiment is to ligate the terminator to the backbone and then do a transformation, then test the fluorescent.
