UT Dallas iGEM 2012

Outreach: "Clone" Depot

As part of our outreach this year, we met with FBI. One of the topics discussed was biological warfare. The question was raised: "Is it possible to create your own synthetic biology lab just using items bought from Home Depot?" And with that, the hunt began. We coined this mission, "Clone" Depot. We were able to create a working (albeit slow) gel electrophoresis and a pipette. View these below!
