Do any of the new BioBrick parts (or devices) that you made this year raise any safety issues? If yes, did you document these issues in the Registry? how did you manage to handle the safety issue? How could other teams learn from your experience?

No, our project doesn't raise any safety issue in terms of public safete or enviromental safety. In terms of researcher safety, there is a low individual risk, becauso our team is using parts that come from Pseudomonas cepacia and Acinetobacter sp. both from risk group 2, as well as other parts from the B. subtilis, Rhodococcus rhodochrous from risk group 1 and from bacteriophages. Our team is also using Rhodococcus opacus and Escherichia coli, from risk group 1.
