PCR products have been purified the day before.
For Fussenegger:
- TNFR into pGL
- eGFP into pGL
SEAP can't be ligated yet! Digestion of pGL with MfeI required!
For LovTAP:
- Matt's PCR LovTAP into pMP
- RO into pcDNA3.1+
