Overview
The following pages document all the information that were gained during our project this includes:
- the labjournals that feature all carried out tasks in chronological order
- a collection of protocols that were used during our laboratory phase
- the list of materials including detailed information on compounds and mixtures
- the extensive modeling section ranging from docking simulations to molecular dynamics
- the safety section, that gives an account of the safety meassures that were taken in our laboratories
- a download section, featuring the finalised procedures for the individual sub-projects
