DNA ladder
About
DNA ladders are used as size markers in agarose gel electrophoresis. They contain a mix of DNA fragments or chemicals that run at a specific bp.Application
Before first use dilute the ladder with deionized water to the specified concentration and add loading dye. Store at 4°C.
