Taq polymerase
About
Taq is a thermostable DNA polymerase originated from Thermuss aquaticus and used in the polymerase chain reaction.
Working conditions
- 98°C denaturation temperature
- ~10 s/kb extension velocity (at 72°C)
- (TM-5)°C=TA
