wfcA-term transformed cell broth tubes centrifuged 10 minutes, 3901 rcf, 4 °C

Supernatant discarded

Fermentas protocol

Step 10 45µl milli-Q water added in place of elution buffer, followed by another 5 µl after incubation and centrifugation

Nanodropped for following results:

(A) 329.7 ng/µl

(B) 50.0 ng/µl

(C) 206.6 ng/µl
