Fermentas protocol

Step 1045µl milli-Q water added in place of elution buffer, followed by another 5 µl after incubation and centrifugation

Nanodropped for following results:

(A) 329.7 ng/µl

(B) 50.0 ng/µl

(C) 206.6 ng/µl
