Results

Designed the primers for amplification of the needed constructs
Delivered the proof of principle that these primers work [link to framshift, Hugo]
Provided the templates for modifications and placed them in the partsregistry
Isolated the PLRV from nature which, in theory, should be easy to modify on the outside
